Meet the Team

  • Tuen Yeung Ng ( James ) Clinical Director & Senior Physiotherapist

Hi, I’m James. Originally from Hong Kong, I have called the UK my home for the past decade. I am fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

I graduated with a BSc in Sports Therapy and an MSc in Physiotherapy from University of Central Lancashire and Sheffield Hallam University. Since graduating, I have dedicated my career to the private health sector, working in both clinics and private hospitals across the country. My experience has been driven by a passion to provide the highest standard of care and to help each individual realize their health potential.

At Zenko Physio, we believe that everyone has the potential to improve and achieve their goals, no matter what they may be. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to enhance your physical capabilities, or simply aiming to maintain a healthy lifestyle, our mission is to support your journey. We're here to help you not just return to your baseline but to reach 120% of your potential.

  • Lydia Leung - Senior Physiotherapist

Hi, I'm Lydia, a Senior Physiotherapist at Zenko Physiotherapy. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, as well as a Master's degree in Sports Medicine and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy. My approach is holistic, focusing not only on treating your injury but also on improving your overall wellbeing - helping you feel stronger, healthier, and better than ever. I have experience working across both NHS and private settings, including clinical practice and elite sport.

My experience with Great Britain women handball team has enabled me to develop high-performance treatment skills, while reinforcing my belief that this level of care shouldn't be limited to athletes but it should be accessible to everyone.

I am trained in a wide range of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, taping, ultrasound therapy, cupping, acupuncture, and personalised exercise prescription. Outside of work, I enjoy playing handball, going to the gym, and spending time with friends. I am looking forward to supporting you on your recovery journey.
